Over on the Spartan Games forums, Derek Sinclair, designer of Halo Ground Command, has made a lengthy post with information on how an army might be assembled for the game. He also discusses terrain, commanders (which will be generic to begin with) and makes a few nods towards competitive play, which is nice to see.
